1. Thank you for choosing Emprint Calligraphy Co.! The first step is to chat about your specific project, and don't leave out any of those beautiful details. Once I have an understanding of what you're looking for, I'll send you a quote tailored to your project. 



2. Once you've had time to look over the quote and I've answered all of your questions related to process and pricing, I'll send you an invoice for 50% of the total for the project*. This deposit serves as a contract for my service and secures your spot in my calendar (My Simplified Planner than I can't live without!). The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project, before I ship it to you. 

*Stamps will be billed for the total amount after the proof is sent and before the stamp is created and shipped. 



3. If you are not local, you will need to ship all envelopes to me to get starting on beautiful lettering.* (client assumes cost of shipment to and from Emprint Calligraphy Co.) For envelope addressing or place cards, please include an extra 20% of any materials to account for any ink spills, tears, or later additions to the guest list. Before I begin your project, I'll need an excel spreadsheet with guest names and information. Please ensure that all names are spelled correctly and that addresses are listed exactly as you'd like me to write them (Texas or TX, for example). Now it's time to begin your project!

*for a fee, I can find envelopes that meet your project needs. If you're interested in this, we can discuss during the initial inquiry stage. 



5. Upon completion of your project and when I receive the remaining 50% balance, your beauties will be on their way to you!
